The agenda kicks off with a beginner’s training session before diving deeper into more detailed topics. Advanced students are welcome to skip the early morning session and come when the content is most helpful.

More technical users are invited to attend the Insights Track to get a deep dive into how to build advanced reports.

PROGRAM

8:45am - 9:00am: Registration & morning coffee / tea

9:00am - 10:15pm: Zendesk 101. The early morning scholar session will focus on Zendesk for beginners. Learn the basics of Zendesk customer support here!

10:15am - 10:30am: Registration & morning coffee / tea

10:30am - 12:00pm: This session will break out into two tracks:

Track 1: Scholar

  • Email: Tips and tricks for setting up
  • Zopim Chat: The importance of supporting your customers using real-time chat
  • Customer Self-Service: How to create your Knowledge Base and Community
  • Embeddables: Learn how the latest
    channels in Zendesk can give you a better relationship with your customers

Track 2: Insights (Technical)

  • Insights: A deep - dive into the advanced reporting functionality in Zendesk


12:00pm - 1:00pm:
We’ll break for lunch.

1:00pm - 2:45pm: Students from both tracks will come back together for the afternoon sessions

  • Creating custom fields on tickets, users and organizations

  • Creating macros to help you answer tickets super fast

  • Building views to slice and dice your tickets


3:15pm - 4:30pm:

Topics:

  • Creating business rules with triggers and automations
  • Engaging your customer with user lists, NPS & integrations
  • Integrations with 3rd party applications

  • 5 Apps that will enhance your customer service

4:30pm – 7:00pm: Stick around for snacks, drinks, and stories with your classmates and trainers!
